- For Full Payment Customers: Your shipping fee is already included. You are completely all set! No further action or payment is needed.
- For Deposit Customers: The product price does not include shipping. Once the item is ready, we will email you the link for the Balance + Shipping Fee.
- Strict 14-Day Deadline: This link will be sent 3 times. You must complete the payment within 14 days of the first notice. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation with no refund. Please check your email regularly near the release date.
- Release Dates & Delays: Studio release dates are estimates. Normal delays of 1–2 months (or sometimes longer) are common.
- Fulfillment: Once the item is ready (and final payment is settled for deposit users), please allow 2–3 weeks for packing. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
